I want to introduce myself and my husband to this forum, we as all of you are in the process for getting me a visa and green card. I am from Guanajuato, Mexico and my husband is from Concord, NC. Here is our timeline:



I-130 Timeline
04-28-04: Married in Concord, NC
12-14-06: I-130 mailed to TSC
12-18-06: I-130 received by CSC
12-26-06: NOA 1
03-05-06: NOA 2 Approval (Checked in the website, delivered by mail in 3 days)


It has been very helpful for me to read about other members timelines, so I can have some hope about our case...

We are waiting to hear from NVC, do you think it will take much time?, how does NVC let you know they got your application by mail?

You can call them and see if your papers are there...there's an automated system and also live operators.
