some one said that, they might ask me to file a waver form and the reason is my mother was here on a visit and she overstayed

so I'm getting prepare to file for i-130 form for my mother.

do you guys think i should file waver form? in order to save time and to get response from waver form i heard that its going to take few months, is there a way i can do that?

i don't know what is waver form but i need help.

The waiver is filed when the visa is refused.

You can certainly prepare it in advance, ready to submit.

but where do i find more information on waivers? like procedure to apply and other formalities
