Wow...I can't believe it is almost 2 years since our first GC interview. We just sent our 751 to VSC on March 1 and today they cashed our 205.00 check. Hopefully my beautiful organized packet is enough for them....and more importantly...hopefully VSC catches up a bit on their 751's. Wishing everybody a smooth process from here!

Can't help wondering... you sent a check of $205.00 and they cashed it out? Isn't it supposed to be $275.00? We're mailing ours tomorrow to TSC and we're enclosing a $275 check.

i'm mailing mine for 275. was going to do 300, thinking maybe it would expedite it - but i doubt the uscis has a sense of humor.

they'd think it's a bribe. i call it a TIP.


i also wanted to include a note on the 'For' section of the check...wanted to add:

For: to ensure that i continue to get laid

I sent two seperate checks. One for 205.00 and one for 70.00 for the biometrics. Although the instructions say it is ok to send one check.....I have read a few instances where they sent it back saying they wanted 2 checks. I opted for the two checks...with a note on each one.
