For most of the beginning stages you must provide financial information with your visa applications attesting you can support the person you are petitioning. When does this requirement officially end? When do they not require proof of income any longer? I am assuming it is after you become a lawful permanent residence? Do they require it for removing conditions (I-751) or Naturalization (N-400)?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if they require proof of income for removing conditions, you might want to look up the I-751 instructions on that. For the N-400, I don't recall submitting our tax returns. Your financial obligation ends when the beneficiary becomes a citizen.

You do not need proof of income for the I-751 at all. I am a full time grad student currently, and have no income. My husband is the one that works.

Tax returns are required inclusions with I-751 and N-400, but not for proving income.

When I applied for Naturalization, I wasn't asked about financial information.
