I've marriaged my spouse oversea and I got her came to U.S after she got alien permament resident in U.S green card (10 years) she left me and goes with her boy friend and then she divorce me. So how long can I get another marriage with my girl friend oversea and filling for her to get visa come to US. Does it effect me situation after I've got mistake marriaged wrong person ?

To request a waiver you must submit a written request with this petition accompanied by documentation of your claim to the waiver.

In the past I files only 1 with the visa for spouse I-130 until now.

If two or more years have passed since the previous petition, you should be fine. Look at the instructions on the I-130 form.
