Is there a particular date when the interview schedule is released? If so when will that be?

Usually by the 15th of the month. So for March they will be scheduling May interviews.

Manila use to publish a monthly list when Claudeth's application was processed but now they have gone to an online query. If you have your MNL case number you can go to their link and find out if you have been scheduled for an interview or not.
