Hello All,

We are about to file 1-765 and i had couple questions.

1) When this can be filed. i think I read about 90 days but we don't have all the papers yet, waiting from couple things from insurence comapny to send us. Can this be filed later but before the GC expires like 60 days before it expires.

2) Which forms I will have to send.
