Just an update: The checks cleared today. There is a SRC number on the back, but of course it doesn't work when I put it in the case status online system.

Waiting for NOA1!

Can't remember, did you send the packet registered mail?
And how thick was the final pile?

--Cassie, feverishly photocopying away!

Hang in there Cassie, I know your pain. Just tell yourself you'll be done soon.

I've sent the packet with "delivery confirmation". It took them about 3 days to get there.

We've had 50 pages of evidence - I know, because I had the stupid idea to number them through (note: not recommended for thick packages... whistling.gif ) add to that the greencard copy, form and cover letter and the package is just thin enough to barely fit into those carton document mailers.

Oh, and Cassie... make sure you sign the check tongue_ss.gif

Thanks for the update, we're following you now. I thought I'd post this here too:

Hi all,
I'll be tracking a lot of you it looks like, as I'm sure others will be, so this is a friendly reminder to post/update your timelines on the 'Immigration Timelines' section of VJ. I haven't visited this site in awhile till recently, and I'm really impressed with the addition of this feature (oops, that might tell how long it's been blush.gif).
Also, thanks to Captain Ewok & Yodrak, we can now filter by service center: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=57853

I have removed my VJ timelines for personal reasons and I won't update them anymore either. Soz.
