I am trying to figure out when this visa will become available.
This is for a sibling from India. 4th Class category.
The application was submitted in May 1996. According to the visa bulletin, visas are available now for applications from April 1994.
That’s about 2 years from May 1996.

Any idea how much longer the wait may be?

The Visa Bulletin is the best information you have, it is not a straightline equation but 2 years or so is as good as it is going to get.

The Visa Bulletin is the best information you have, it is not a straightline equation but 2 years or so is as good as it is going to get.
