Hi all,
We really haven't been waiting that long for our NOA1 to arrive but noticed alot of people got theres within a week, if anyone has any guidance for roughly how long it would take to get our NOA1 from Nebraska it will be much apreciated. My wife is coming over to the UK in a few weeks for a visit but we would like to get the I129F out before that...
How long you reckon we'll have to wait?
Thanks VJ'rs!

It took 11 days from the time I sent my 130 to Nebraska and when I received the NOA1 in the mail. Looking at your timeline, you should hopefully get it this week.
Did you check get cashed already?
Good luck.

We filed through Texas but I didn't get the NOA1 notification from them. Our NOA1 was sent from the California Service Center. See my sig for the timeframe. I think you'll get yours very soon.

Not to rain on your parade but I sent mine on 02/08 and still haven't received it. The check was cashed on 02/20 and that's how I got my receipt #. I still have to wait 30 days from the day they said they sent the NOA1, which was 02/14. So I would say you should get yours between 1-5 weeks.

You're nearly a month from receipt and you still don't have the hard copy of your NOA1? That seems odd. Even with me being in FL and CSC mail coming from CA it only took 4-5 days for the letters to arrive.

I know it, doesn't it suck? Now I have to wait 30 days from the day they said they sent it to call and ask for another one. I bet they forgot to send it and here I am sweating bullets 'cause I need that hard copy so I can file the I-129F. We're not happy at all.

i filed in CALI because the the tokyo embassy told me too...it took 16 days super sail mail to arrive but they did sent it too japan.I think people that are currently using a us address can get their i-797 in just a few days.Overseas filers will take longer!!
I found out chicago uscis office just received my I-129F.
My offical date was 2-27 but the notice date is 3-1.I havent had anyone look at my case since 3-2..so 2 weeks and no touches...
I hope you can get your receipt soon!!!I know how you feel...i was about to call them after 14 days and on the 15th ...it arrived

I never received my NOA1 so I just called them and they're sending out a new one that should get to me in 30 days. That would be about 75 days from the day I sent out my I-130. Soooo, I won't be filing an I-129F for a K-3 visa anymore, I've waited long enough and hopefully I'll have the I-130 approved soon.
The good thing is, I got my receipt # from the cancelled check and when I called customer service, turns out I was off by 2 digits since the # on the check was so blurry. Good thing I called!
