......... I was reading the step by step guide I was jus wonderin when exactly do i have to file the !-485 (Adjustment of Status)... is it after his interview or before????
After your spouse enters the USA on the K-3 visa.

You file I-485 when you are in USA with your K-3 nonimmigrant visa. You will have interview to be a permanent resident later in the process after you file I-485.
