.. Hi guys seems like i wirte up here alot.. but I jus cant seem to br apart from my husbandd.. without him life doesnt seem meaningful.. I was wonderin Do i have to file the I-129F..??... does it make the process any easier?.. are they benefits of filing?.. Cant I jus file the I-130?.. plz

Filing only the I-130 will make it slower, it's taking a little bit over a year to get to the States. Filing both, the I-129F & I-130 (K-3 Visa) will take about 6+ months.
