My husband and I used to have a very excellent credit history but when we closed our business in 05, our credit score went down hill dramatically. Is this going to affect my naturalization? Also husband had a DUI arrest 2 years before we got married, we're concern they might ask his past during my interview..... He's a very, very good guy and it just happened once. Are they going to check these?

Thank's! smile.gif

I have never heard of credit ratings having anything to do with your Naturalization application.

If your husband is the U.S. citizen, his DUI will not affect your Naturalization at all. USCIS is only concerned about you, not the U.S. citizen, as he is already a citizen and is entitled to his citizenship and entitled to live and work in the U.S.

Good luck.
