Hi VJners, really been a long time since i posted on this forum that is after my denial of K1 way back in Sept 2005 ,ooh been a long time lol.............My good people how are y'all doing and hope the Visa Journey is going good for us all, those of us that were approved for Visa congratulations like my friends Optimystic and mollyandstephen i read on the forum that both husbands are with their wives now, cool, and also for those of us that were denied the visa never give up and continue praying to God to see us through and be with our loved ones.....

Since after my denial i and my wife took some time off the Visa processing but now we are back and here i am facing my K3 Visa interview in Lagos, though i haven't received the packet for my interview from the US Consulate in Lagos but i believe it's on it way God willing and for those of us waiting to be approved for I-129F or I-130 good news is what you will hear God willing......Just wanted to keep the VJ family posted.

Welcome back! Why were you denied? I have heard of so many people being delayed for a long, long time but not an outright denial. Anyway, I wish you lots of luck with the K3 route. I know it can be so frustrating to try to have a relationship in the context of all the immigration stuff.

Thanks guys..........I was denied because we weren't married plus my wife was only 20 then the consular officer said that my wife has to be 21 before she is able to file a visa petition and for this reason i was denied the K1 and the consular officer advised me to get married and file for K3 which we did and hoping that everything will be cool this time around because i know that we have met all the requirements for a visa petition.........

Best of luck to you and your wife going through the K3 process. Congrats on your marriage.
