they toke 9 months to tell us our waiver will be denied can you believe this ?? we dont have kids yet but i think this is not the problem ???????? i am so fustrated my husband contacted our lawyer and he called Ciudad Juarez and they said it may take up to 2 yrs iam so fustrated goung crazzzzzzzzzzzzzy

My guess is that your waiver maybe weak, it used to not matter too much at CDJ, but I get the impression that they check more carefully now.
You many be better off starting again and going through the Fastrack scheme.
