Here's my deal. Sent out my I-130 (Filing for K-3). I got the I-130 NOA1. I sent out the I-129F, BUT I sent it to Vermont instead of Chicago. Weeks went by I hadn't heard anything about the I-129F, so I sent out another one, but this time to Chicago. Well, I got my NOA1 back for the one I sent to Chicago. today, I got an email that my I-129F(Chicago) had been sent to the NVC. Then in mail (snail mail), I got a NOA1 for the one I sent directly to Vermont. I know they're diffrent cause they both have different reciept numbers. What should I do?

I'm actually in the same situation because of the post office. They never sent back the signature delivery notice... so we have two NOA 1's for I-129F too. I've been tracking them both on the status page. Both have been "touched" and the check was never cashed for the second I-129F so I guess they figured it out. Meanwhile our I-130 was approved so I'm hoping to hear about our I-129F soon.

I would call NVC, it's easier to get someone on the phone there, and explain what happen.
