has anyone had to get police clearance from Saudi Arabia? My fiance, who is in from the Philippines, was there for 14 months. I posted a question in August about if it was necessary, one person posted that we needed it and to go to the USCIS website or the ASAWA website. I can't find instructions in the USCIS and the ASAWA website is closed.
Anyone that can help me? I really appreciate any advice you can give us.

My husband had to get a police clearance from Saudi Arabia however, he lives and works in Saudi Arabia. He had to go in person to pick it up. I think a possible problem will come into play if your fiance has to pick the report up in person which would mean he would have to fly to Saudi. I will ask my husband when I talk to him tonight if he can get more information for your situation and post the answer to you once I find out. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I talked with my husband and he suggests your fiance go to the Saudi Embassy where he is at and ask them about the police certificate and procedures to take since he is no longer in Saudi.
