How can I find out if my case has arrived in Manila? Phone call only, or????

Yes, Call (63-2)528-6300 X5184. Around 7:30 AM Manila time seems to be best time to call.

Yeah I agree. Best way is to call them, My husband did and it really help checking our timeline...
