Are marriage-based AOS expenses deductible from taxes?

No immigration fees are deductable from taxes unless you are moving here to start a new Job.. then you could claim the cost of moving, but not the cost of immigration...

Would be nice if it was....

Actually, you can't even claim the cost of moving if it's from international to the US. You can only claim it if you move more than 35 miles from one US zipcode to another US zipcode for a new job. Uncle Sam is not our friend
