3 weeks later cheque sent for affidavit papers now well feb 15th and no reply at all from service centre
whats up with these peeps did they get payed to much last year to help us or what

Thanks Peter, I know how frustrating it becomes to wait so long, you almost become numb to the whole experience. I know I have called, written and done everything I can possibly do to try to speed up the process. Glad to see your gal will be with you soon.

I looked in your timeline and saw that your NOA1 and 2 came from California, but your message made it sound like the TSC processed your document. Which is it? I am very happy they're moving into december because my NOA1 is 12/20/05, so the deeper into December they get the happier I am. smile.gif

Like many people on this CSC/TSC list, I sent the I-129F to TSC but received both the NOA1 and NOA2 from CSC. I noted this in my timeline comment but still put TSC as the processing center because that's where I sent my application. Should I change that to CSC in my timeline?

No, it doesn't really matter. I was just confused because you thought we would be upset by your getting approved. For a second I thought your case was sent back to Texas and has been processed quicker, which would explain how sorry you felt for the rest of us. You have nothing to be sorry for. We love seeing CSC move ahead. It means my December 20 application isn't too far behind.

Oh my - just checked the CSC processing dates (on their site) and according to yesterday's update they're now processing I-129Fs with receipt notice dates up to december 31, 2005!

so now our petition date is past the current processing date on the csc list but i havent received anything yet. ho hum the waiting continues as usual.... luckily i smartened up and planned another trip to the philippines, that should help break up this infernal waiting around crap... it will be so wonderful to see my baby again. good luck everybody!

[size=7]well i think im never gonna get my noa2 , hubby phoned vermont yesterday and asked them why its taken almost 3 months for affidavit form to come and the guy told him our letter hadnt even been opened what a crock of crap , so then he said to him ill put yours near to the top of the pile so the lady will deal with it quicker you should here in around 2 weeks .

WELL I GUESS HAVE WEVE WAITED 14 MONTHS TO EVEN TOUCH EACH OTHER HE TOLD THEM I GUESS WE CAN WAIT AND THEN SARCASTICLY SAID TO HIM HAVE FUN HOLDING YOUR WIFE .
