I have been trying to check my case status online for a couple of days and it keeps coming up invalid or not found or something...they give a number to call but everytime I call the number (1-800-375-5283) it's just an automated system and is no help at all. When I enter my receipt # on the system it tells me it can't find info on my case. Anyone have another # or any advice or anything?
Does the case # change or something after you've had the biometrics done?
