HI all again,
Today my husband called to NVC and they said our case was sent to the consulate. And I discovered that he hasnot money saved on the bank to do the affidavit of support. I dont know what to do again, I am afraid because I can lose the chance to be with my husband in 4 months and I can get aparted him about 1 or 2 years!!
is ther other kind of affidavit of support? what?
How does it work?
Who can be ellegible?
What will they have to do?
will they need to have other petition in their names?
Sorry for all question, but when I think I am so close, things always happens.
Thank you soo much

First, Affidavit of Support is not always required for the K3, depends on the CO.
And you can try to find a co-sponsor. A co-sponsor should meet mimnimum incom requirements to support himself, all his dependents, the petitioner and the the visa applicant.

if you mean the I 134 then you will need that for your K3 interview. if your husband cannot show that he makes above the poverty line (past years tax returns) or 3 x in assets then a co-sponser will be needed.

The affidavit of support is his income from his job or employment, it has nothing to do with money saved in a bank. he only needs to have income above the poverty line.

There is no Joint Sponsor available for the I-134, only a Sponsor. As dodger stated, it is income (assets) that is used to determine if one meets the poverty guidelines. If your husband does not meet these requirements then you will need another person to sponsor you that does meet the requirements.
The I-134 when used (as it is not a requirement for the K visa),in most cases is used in part, to determine if the applicant will or wont become a public charge. Hence why in many cases they also require evidence outside of what is listed on the I-134 instructions.

OH, I understand it now. Then we will need the most recent pay stubs, a signed letter from his employer listing salary, status, start date and stuff like that, is it okay??
Thank you all, I apreciated all the answers very much.
Good luck for all!

You're right

Get those things and send them along with your I-134. Should be fine!
