When do we start submitting our information to lift the condition on the 2 yesr GC-- is is 6 months before the card expires of 6 month before our 2 year wedding anniversary??

Or 640 days from the date on the green card, if you are left handed. 641 during leap years.

Yeah, 6 month would be too good to be true.
It is 3 month, or 90 days to be exact BEFORE YOUR CARD EXPIRES.
Wedding aniversary doesn't matter any more, at all.
