Hi,
I have a question for the I-765. I'm a TN-1 Visa holder. This gives me an I-94 with "TN" stamped on it which allows me to work in the US and "Multiple Entry". On question 11 on the I-765 it asks... "Have you ever applied for employment authorizatio from the USCIS?" Now my question is... are they asking if I have applied for an EAD (I-765) or ANY type of work authorization?
Any help would be appreciated.
