Do I still need to file an affidavit of support(I864) for my fiance if we have no children. If I do have to file one, how would I go about finding if I am above, at or below the 125% poverty level.

Second question, can my fiance schedule an interview before I do all the filing for the k1?

If you are below the poverty level your fiance will need another sponsor. If we could schedule interviews before we file I would schedule mine for next week.

No you don't need form I864 at all.

And the poverty level has nothing to do with it either.
