Ok, so i am to send off my AOS application with the EAD. Now i was informed that the AOS can take a fair while and the EAD is generally issused within 90 days. I was just wondering if the AOS has any bearing on the EAD. It is just that the AOS has so many documents going with its application that i can just imagine them requesting more info or the such, and i was wondering if any delays on the AOS application would have any bearing on the EAD being issued within the supposed 90 days?

Thank you if anyone can help on this,

I hope everyone is doing well,

Scott.

The process of AOS has no bearing on how EAD is processed, they are processed by different departments of USCIS.

Not exactly Dan.

Processing of concurrently filed interim benefits is halted until the return of any RFE's.

Correct... If processing of the benefit on which the other benefits are based on is halted, processing of the other benefits are halted as well.
