Me too. My was receipt was dated 21st but i received it today.
The notice says my petition is at MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER. I thought the petition is sent to my area service center in Vermont after its checked in Chicago. Does it stays in MSC or it get sent to Vermont?

I don't know. Mine was sent to MSC as well but I think I read here that it's sent to Chicago lock box, then to Missouri and then to either Vermont or California. Don't ask why since I can't make sense of this whole process. lol

Thanks for the information. I just wanted to make sure because I remember reading here that it get sent to Chicago and then to your Area offices but i don't remember anything about being sent to MSC.

So it seems some of us here are on the EXACT same track. I got married Dec 24th and received my K-3 NOA1 on 26th February.
What are we thinking for NOA2? I've seen most of them for K-3 hit at two months, but a little less. So I'm praying for early April, expecting late April.
QUESTION -

- What exactly do we do now? The guide isn't all that clear. I know I start to gather supporting documents like 384 or whatever. But what does SHE do while waiting in India?
Thanks.

I think its still to early for us or our spouse to do anything right now but what i understand from the K3 guide is that we need to complete a I-134 form and have copies of the I-130/I129F packets ready to send to our spouse.
The spouse needs to start gathering documents such as vaccination records, proof of relationship (Greeting cards, Phone Bills, etc). Also start looking over forms (156, 230, etc) that will be included in the packets they receive once the petition is approved and the file is sent to consulate. This way when they do get the packets they can fill it out and have everything ready to send back quickly.

Any luck on NOA1 mononoke? If the check cashed this is good news. Plus I hear you can look at the back of the check for your case number, and then just throw that into the USCIS website for updated status.

Yeah I found the receipt # on the check (at least from what I think is the # since it's so blurry), plugged it in the USCIS web site and it says they sent me the NOA1 on 02/14 but I still don't have it. Called customer service and they told me to wait 30 days from the day it was "supposedly" sent. I don't think it's coming any time soon, so I'm waiting for it to be 03/15 to call again and pull their ears off. I bet the airhead who was supposed to mail it out didn't, even though the web site says they did.

I believe thats when the petition was transfered not when she received a paper notification of the transfer.
The USCIS website updated my petition on 2nd stating the case has been sent to Vermont and a paper notification has been sent but i still haven't received it yet. Since both of our petitions were transfered on the same date to same service center i was wondering if she received a paper notification.

Oh I see. Lucky you that get to go through VSC. CSC is the WORST, I'm so angry at them for not sending me my NOA1!
