Mailing off my I-130 packet today and on the USPS form it asks for a phone # to contact for delivery...Ive looked over the paperwork many times and all I see is a 1-800 # for the National Customer Service Center... is there another number that Im overlooking?

Also you're lucky you are sending to Vermont. They are waaaay faster than the other service centres!

forgot to say that yes Im happy to that Im sending to Vermont, from what Ive read they seem to be quicker than the others but on the other hand it looks like were stuck with Montreal and from what Ive read about them they look to be painfully slow!
