I traveled frequently to the US in the last year and other times as well. How many of my trips to I have to write down? I have record of the trips in the last year but I traveled at least once a year to the US in the last 5 years, but I do not have the dates for those.

What should I write down?

i was specific as much as I could be, and then wrote "multiple trips over the span of *insert dates here* "

With the border as open as it was pre- 9-11, this kind of response is quite common and usually not a problem.

No worries at all

I attached a supplement: "DS 156 supplement: Question 29, dates of previous trips to the U.S." and then listed the trips I had taken in the previous year (because I actually had documented them) then stated those were the dates that I could recall over the past year, but in years gone by, I had visited on numerous occassions, with each visit lasting from 2-3 days at a time, to some lasting a few weeks. I then listed any big trips that I could remember prior to the ones listed above, which were mostly planned family vacations.

But hey ... I'm wordy.

i did the same as mozplay, i think it really is the way to get all the details in the list.... put the last visit on Q29- since you are asked for the most recent- and then add "SEE ATTACHED" on the additional details box... and of course don't forget to attach the additional page to the form itself...
