Did my Fiance make a mistake by selecting the "I do not intend" on question 11 on the I-134 form????????
Under the tick mark, he state "N/A - K1 Visa process for permenant residence". Does that conflict?
Were going to be married, and I will have a job, he owns a condo (i.e will both be owners once were marrried etc..)
PLEASE CLARIFY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I mention my interview is on Tues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pray that it is not a mistake because I do not know how we can fix it by that time..... any ideas (should I white-out the tick mark - it is notorized)
Why do I feel that he doesn't fill out forms correctly ----- total neurotic on my part, and controling, I admit, but it does seem like he just doesn't get it.

I'm trying. Good thing he is far away in this case.
But I still need to know if he made a mistake by selecting the "I do not intend" on question 11 on the I-134 form????????
Under the tick mark, he state "N/A - K1 Visa process for permenant residence". Does that conflict?

That form is used for a number of different non-immigrant visas. You're fine with the "do not intend" answer like in the example.

Are you sure? Because I thought the example form is highlighting the "I do intend" to make specific contributions etc....
I can not believe that I am facing this now, when my appt. in on Tues and I will not be able to correct the form in time. What should I do? Can anyone please give me more confirmation (not that I don't trust the previous postes, because I truly appreciate your comments). I just need more reasurance before I jump off the Jacque Cartier Bidge (for non Montrealer's, it's a big Montreal bridge! with very litttle survival rate!)
Help!!!!!!!!!

The example, and what your fiance put down, is highlighting that it's not applicable so "I do not intend" for "specific contributions" would be fine if he put down N/A since the "I do intend" is asking for specific contributions.
The way I am reading the form of a yes/no question with a what or why.
(yes) I do intend
(no) I do not intend
(what or why?) N/A - K1 visa process for permanent residence
I don't think the the no overrides the "N/A".

I hope not because I really am about to loose my mind. I can't take any more of this paper work stress. Im doing the best that I can but I really am not a lawyer and I am trying my best. What if we made an error. Will the Embassy deny our Visa?

I think you'll be okay.
Maybe some other Montreal K1s can chime in on what they put down?
