Hello Guys!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a letter from the California Serv Center bookiling me for 2morrow for my biometric, onky to receive in the mail yesterday that additional evidence is need. I want to know guys what happens should I 4get going for it as they may not need to do it now that evidence is needed or i should surface for it 2morrow?

I'm not an expert, but I think you should go to the biometrics anyway. The biometrics will be needed. The RFE is just a request for more evidence. Send in whatever is requested and go to the biometrics and you should be all set.

BTW, just out of curiosity, may I ask what the RFE is all about?

Isn't that the extension letter that asks to send evidence in case you haven't done so????

or is this a letter saying insufficient evidence to prove bona fide marriage or something like this???

The only case they will NOT need your biometrics- is if your case is closed and you have to leave the country.
If you are still in process to remove condition (and, of course, you are) they will need your biometrics REGARDLESS of whether or not they ask for more evidence.

The Rfe is requesting for more evidence.

Thanks so much to all of you i went for my biometric and it was done without stress and i have sent them all evidence that was requested i pray for speed approval.
