Still no touch on our EAD, but my husband did the biometrics appointment two weeks ago, and we have our appointment in the LA office on April 2. Any thoughts? Is our EAD just going to be mooted? How long does it take after the appointment to get the green card?

If you are approved at interview you should get your greencard within a few weeks.... if you do not have your EAD/AP by the time you go for interview then you are not going to get them if you are approved because they(USCIS) cancel the EAD/AP when they input your approval...

Good Luck

Any chance, you get a refund on them? whistling.gif

Yeh sure....... when hell freezes over they will refund you....

Just think of the fees as money paid to speed up your AOS...

They are sending the GC a lot faster these days. My daughter got her GC only 7 days after her AOS interview.
