Is it true that UAE residence if they want to apply K3 immigrant visa don't need police certificate from UAE government?

Hi, I don't know specifically about the UAE, but is it possible for you to call that Embassy and speak with someone? They will give you the best information about what is and is not needed.

Try calling US Embassy in UAE just to be sure.
I was once a resident in Dubai for 5 years but went back home and was asked for a police certificate. I also was a K3 beneficiary.
