Hi,

I am a Canadian citizen, my husband is American. We are scheduled to file our I-30 petition this week at the American embassy in Seoul (we both live and work in South Korea). My passport is non-machine readable. Can anyone confirm that this is acceptable when applying for an immigrant visa (I know for non-immigrant visas, machine readable passports are now necessary, but I haven't been able to fine out about immigrant visa passport restrictions)?
