Has anyone had any recent experience with this? I submitted my I 130 and I 485 and APp for EAD and got receipt on 20 Dec. RFE and submitted reply within a week and that was received in Jan.
Does anyone know if they stick to the 90 day time limit- from time of receipt of initial app?
I am in US and married to USC
