Hello everyone, I keep seeing that DCF is coming back at various locations, yet those of us who got the pug pulled on them while waiting in Poland are still in the dark, not a thing on the US embassy Warsaw website. If anyone is in Poland and wants to share experiences, advice on how long to wait for DCF to return, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Andrew

I am not in Poland but am in the same boat as you and your wife.
I had all the paperwork prepared and then boom, no more DCF.
I haven't lost hope that it's only momentary and that they will find a way to get it going again, across the board for all embassies/consulates.
I rang the only US embassy we have in this country just last week and the employee said to hang on for another two weeks as they expect (hope?) to hear something official by then. I really hope this is true and not the carrot on a string situation. Fingers crossed we all know something (good news preferably!) by February 28.
Good luck.

I can tell you this. Moscow got all the pending petitions from Warsaw and has finished processing those petitions and sent them back to Poland last friday.
I hope that helps.

Moscow is one of the USCIS offices that is NOT accepting I-130's from those USC's resident abroad at this time. If you, the USC, is not resident abroad, you will have no choice but to file your I-130 in the US. It is a pretty sure thing that the USCIS offices abroad will not be accepting any I-130's from USC's who reside in the US.
If the USC is resident abroad, You can either wait it out for an outcome that may never come to pass, or you can go ahead and file it in the US. If the USC is not resident abroad, I would go ahead and file the I-130 in the US as the USCIS offices abroad will only be accepting I-130's from those USC's resident abroad.

Why in the world would Moscow be processing Poland's application? Totally doesn't sound right. Where did you get this info?

https://egov.immigration.gov/crisgwi/go?act...r.statecode=armIt's entirely possible that some of the files were diverted to Moscow--maybe they had more staff to handle the overflow.
JazzeroKi isn't naming names, but seems to have some friendly contacts on the inside.
N&L: not Polish applications, but petitions filed in Warsaw.
