To say the least, my husband and I are in SHOCK!!! We went to a second consular interview in Bogota yesterday armed with more proof of the realtionship and were grilled each, seperately for 30 min with questons that included shoe size, what side of the bed, favorite music,....etc. Of 30 questions each, we may have answered 3 differntly and the CO denied us. She asked if we were cousins or 2nd cousins!!!! I called an attorney right away in the US and he´s handleing the appeal process, but I sure could use some advice from anyone that may have been in a similar situation. We are so in love and want desperately to be together. Those in K3 Colombia Club know how much effort I´ve put into this process. I wouldn´t be doing this for my cousin!

So you were denied outright and have to appeal (per the 212(a)(5)(A)) Or was your case returned for further review? There is a big difference!
