I have a very good job offer that I don't want to lose. Company wants me to start on March 1st, but not sure whether I will get EAD before that. I have an AOS interview on March 15th, and not even sure whether they will stamp it for me that day. I just want to know whether my EAD timelines are even close to get or not even dream about it.

i filed around the same time as you and i have not received my EAD yet, but again i read a lot on this message board that the employment card usually comes between 60 and 90 days of filing, which would make it sometime in march.
I too had a good job offer but they said they cannot offer me the job until i get my EAD.
what i would do if i were you is explain your situation to your future employer and explain to them that most likely you will get your employment card around mid-march and see if they would be ok with that.

similar situation guys...and I too am getting a job offer but waiting on EAD..my EAD hasnt been touched since more than a month now...I am hoping I will get EAD around 1st week of march...I am in Computer Science and these employers want immediate requirements..I am trying to deal with the HRs every day on phone...

We have an NOA1 of Dec 11th for the EAD, and a touch on Jan 4th....but that's it.

wHERE DO you find out if your papers have been "touched". CIS website just keeps showing me the same message when I search my receipt numbers.

You can create your porfolio in USCIS.Gov, and you will know when was the last time they worked on your case. Good Luck.

Here's my timeline for December filing-pretty much in the same boat as most of you. No LUD on my 765 for almost a month! I am only at day 60 as far as filing, so I agree that our approvals should start in the next 3 weeks-I hope. Lets all keep posted.

I filed on 12/17/06 and I just got my EAD approved on 2/21/07.

I just had an LUD on my 765 today, but not change in notice or email, so I might in fact be close to approval.

i will be praying for both you and I that we get it soon and this will refute the theory that an RFE for "initial evidence" will reset the 90 day waiting time

I filed Dec 6 and got an email Feb 22 that my card production has been ordered and should get to me within 30 days...

My NOA1 was Dec. 13 and my EAD was approved Feb. 22 (e-mail notice). They've ordered the production of the card and the notice said I should receive the card in 30 days.

(But I don't know how much use it will be since I have my AOS interview on Mar. 21...)

My NOA date is Dec 4 but no EAD yet. Hoping for an approval soon, though (EAD was last touched on Feb 22.)

no, I haven't received an interview notice yet. I haven't seen an update on my 485 in almost a month. I think my interview might be delayed because of my rfe. you should see some movement on 765 soon-maybe next week since you are about 1 week behind me. good luck

We filed for our 2nd EAD I-765 in early Dec 2006, got NOA on 12-12-2006. Last touch was on 2-28-2007, but still no letter.

I dont know which is worse- waiting for the card or finally getting, today, the EAD and finding USCIS screwed up bigtime on the info....placed the wrong date of birth on the card.

Anyone knows a fast way to respond to this horrible mistake?

Nope. Nothing. Several touches on our AOS last week, but nothing for the EAD.

I just wanted to let you guys know that after no touches for 41 days, i finally got a touch on my EAD last night. I think i am getting the EAD soon, right?

has anyone noticed that the processing times listed on the USCIS website for EAD & AP are pretty accurate? They are processing receipt dates for 12/04/06 now. I some "december filers may be ahead of schedule, but its less vs more.

I just got 3 emails from cris (as if i am talking about my friend Chris) saying that they ordered my EAD card. i am very excited.
I wish everyone else gets theirs soon.
