I am not quite sure what to enter for question 33b? My wife came here on a student visa , she does already have a social security number and so therefore I marked no for the second part of question 33a. However, what exactly should I put for question 33b? That question is very unclear and vague.

I assume it comes down to 2 options........I either mark no. (But my confusion lies in that if I put no......it almost seems like I am telling the government that they can not have access to my wife's personal information? And , obviously, I don't want to appear like we are hiding anything).

Should I just put N/A instead?

My situation was slightly different - we just decided that we preferred to have my husband apply for his own SSN rather than have one automatically assigned b/c I've heard of delays - so we answered no to the assignment question, but the yes to disclosure pretty much because we didn't want to hide anything
