beppyz,
You will not be the sponsor for your fiance's visa. What JenT has posted applies to immigrant visas and adjustment of status, it does not apply to non-immigrant visa including the K visas.
A number of people applying for K visas in the UK specifically have found that they did not need any financial information from their petitioner, only from the person who was offering to be their sponsor.
That being said, it would be prudent for you to provide your finance with your financial information in case he is asked for it, but do not be at all surprised if he is not asked to submit your information if your parents are determined to be acceptable sponsors.

You must be the primary sponsor and you must fill out an I-134 and provide all of the supporting documentation that's asked for. You may have a co-sponsor who must do the same.
Oh...so even though I make below poverty, I must put myself as primary and my parent's will be co-sponsors? Not the other way around?
Thanks!
