Do you know when they sent your I-130 to your local USCIS? I got a notice yesterday that my embassy had sent ours to be re-approved. I was just wondering what kind of a time line are we talking about. A week? Two weeks? I know they won't be the same for every embassy, but it would help to have an idea on how long it took once they sent it.

Information for Applicants with pending petitions filed at U.S. Embassy Paris since July 27, 2006.
This procedural change may result in a processing delay for some applicants, including those who filed a petition at the Embassy since July 27, 2006. Petitions that are still pending and were filed at the U.S. Embassy in Paris since this date must be forwarded to USCIS for review of compliance with the Adam Walsh Act. Petitions found to be in compliance with the Adam Walsh Act will be returned to the U.S. Embassy in Paris. The U.S. Embassy in Paris will then notify the beneficiary and schedule a new interview appointment. There is no need to file a new petition or pay petition fees again. Again, the Department of State recognizes and sincerely regrets the inconvenience this may cause
