I'm up early and it's Friday dang morning! We got an email last nite stating that an RFE was sent for the AOS (I was expecting it) so thankfully our Civil Surgeon appt is this morning and I'm pretty sure that's what it'll be asking for.... sooooooo, we should be able to turn it around quickly. Good Morning to all....I am sooooo glad it is Friday.

G-morning all! I have a 4 day weekend whoooo hooooo! Today will be spent running around to different appointments for everyone. We have to get Khallid a few things for his job he starts on Tuesday and then we're renting a bunch of movies so we can all veg out this weekend. I'm sick of looking at snow and ice on the ground. You know that winter-time depression people talk about getting? I t hink I've offically got it. This snow and ice totally sucks!

At work, coffee in hand, sun is shining, is a whole 12 i think ha but Sunday is supposed to be in 50s, maybe this was the last winter blast.

Seriously? last winter blast, hehe! We can only hope. Today it is the coldest it has been all winter . . . almost as cold as it was in Ohio last week . . . but the sun is shining so that is sooooooooooooo much more encouraging as I have lots to do this weekend to get ready for my trip.

hahaha.... i just finished "poop-scooping" the yard! oh the joys of being a pet owner I wouldn't trade these dogs for anything in the world, they are my babies so i guess this would be like their diapers!

Ive been at work for 2.5 hours and I've got the most horrible case of the dont-want-to's. At last check, an hour ago, Ahmed is still packing his 'sweetcase' (I love it when he mispronounces things its soooo cute). His flight leaves Casa in about 7 hours.

last day at work here. They just had a lunch and cake for me. one hour and 53 minutes left.

Looking forward to the long weekend. My son has an interview Monday though, but it's pretty cool, its for the Seton Hall Jr. School of Law summer program. Then a doctor's appt for me (blaaahh). Tomorrow, I'm going to my friends Suz's house, she's jordanian and we're going to cook up a bunch of arabic food and chill out. Then my sis and I are driving down to AC - she's never been and it's her birthday so I told her I'd take her.

This will be the first active weekend for me since I got back from Jordan last month. I've had the blues every weekend since.

just 90 minutes left...

Gabi: 2 1/2 hours til Ahmed departs..same flight as Omar so I can track him..LOL Countdown is ON!!

Went shopping so Omar could see the American version of the souk. Taking him to downtown Seattle tomorrow. Going to my daughter's for dinner. Her husband forgot that Omar was already here..asked me when he was coming...I said, oh he'll arrive at your house about 5pm!! He was like huh??? He's already here??
