Hi everyone,
I'm back, almost two years later... it's time for my I-751.
I mailed it to Nebraska on 1/31 and it arrived there on 2/1 - I have not received my NOA yet. I know it has only been 2 weeks but I'm wondering if there are other people out there who have also just filed at Nebraska, to compare a timeline.
In looking through the recent threads most of the ones I found have filed elsewhere.
Thank you, and happy Valentine's day

See my signature for details.
I'm still awaiting approval since Sept. 2006.
Good luck for a speedier approval than mine!!!!

I sent my I-751 to Nebraska on 1/27/07, and I haven't received a NOA yet, but my check has been cashed, so I'm not worried.

Well, I got my biometrics letter today, which is also a NOA, but no letter yet about extending my status for a year - strange. At least, I could entered the number from the biometrics into the USCIS system now, to get emails about the progress of my application.

Hello Gi!! How are you? Hope all is well!
Yep, so we all gather again for our next journey... but I know NOTHING compares to the NVC - haha!
See below, moving right along in the process, I received my NOA and Bio appt the same day yesterday.

I believe Nebraska Service Center Rocks, I strongly believe that if you prepare your application professionally( typewritten, with ample evidence and personal check payment drawn from your joint account) it surely helps!
Got my NOA and extension notice in 10 calendar days! Goodluck to all of you!

So everyone, what was the average time (days) it took from mailing a completed I-751 form to the appropriate office and then receiving the Receipt, which I believe is the I-797c form?
I just mailed my I-751 which I confirmed via USPS it was delivered yesterday.

Biometrics March 9. I have marked the date in my Outlook calendar to not forget it. My GC expires in 26h, but I got my NOA some days ago :-) By the way, I might not read so often here anymore, and if I don't answer a question, please don't feel offended.
