Just been for my last jab, and asked for my vaccation card, all i got was a A4 size piece of paper that says "vaccation print out" on top, then a list of my injections since 1973, was expecting something alittle more offical looking. Do you think this would be ok? what did others get from their GP? . Thanx in advance, dont want to turn up at the medical with the wrong thing.

All I used was a letter from my doctor describing the jabs I'd had. It wasn't even on headed notepaper. The doctor's signature was a v-shaped line.
By which I mean, you'll be fine.

Today I was given a print out of my Vaccination record; it looked more like a photocopy. It was printed out by the nurse in the reception area, straight of their computer database. I was told it wasn't necessary for my Dr to do it! It didn't appear to have any Dr's signature on it either will this be ok? Has anybody else got a copy with no signature? Or will I have to get a Dr to sign it?

I had exactlty the same from my Drs, just a basic print out with a rough looking stamp with the Drs name and address..

Ill add our experience with this here too, My fiancees local doctor would give him his vaccination record, he had to write some place and have it mailed to him. He wont recieve it back in time for the medical which he called the medical place and they said that was fine he can just send it to them when he gets it. So we will see what happens when all of this does happen hehe.
