kicking.gif after a long journey what a sweet valentine gift from CSC!! Just got an email notification today 12 feb 2007 for my application: CR189 Petition to removed conditions of permanent resident status received with current status: CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED. I know this is part of my approval like other vjers who received the same email from USCIS. After an RFE this January, I thought I have to wait much longer..though 6 1/2 months is a long wait already. I can sleep much better now, hoping the plastic card arrives soon..I'll update you more later.Btw, here's my timeline:

Aug 2006 - filed I-751 at CSC
Aug 26,2006- NOA received dated 8/18
Aug 28,2006- Biometric Notice for 9/06
Sep 06,2006- Biometric appointment
Jan 03,2007- I-797 RFE received
Jan 24,2007- sent back RFE to CSC
Feb 12,2007- email notice for Card production ordered

Goodluck to all of you guys!!!

As some of you have known or have read from my posts long time ago that I filed my I-751 with a waiver. The reason for the RFE was for me to submit a statement regarding the breakdown of my marriage. My case was complicated but I had overwhelming stuff of evidence which I think had helped me to get approved. Once I submit that RFE, it took them about 2 weeks I guess to make a decision. They did not required me for an interview, just the RFE. And yeah, I got 3 email notification last night with regards to my card production ordered.Just wondering when will I get the approval notice and the greencard? It says 30 days, they'll mail the card to me but I guess it's less than that. Anybody who knows it maybe? blink.gif thanks!!!
