Morning all 10 minutes and I'm done wiht my double shift today! Then back to the office at 9am.

At least I kept busy tonite and not checking the USCIS website every 5 minutes - tonite it was only every hour lolol.

Good morning everyone! Well....more snow here and schools are closed again. I'm seriously ready for some warm weather. Here's some yummy mango juice for ya'll. My hubby can't seem to go a morning without it. I'll stick to my coffee though.

Well this is the first one i say so YEAAAAAAA for Maggie countdown is on, please pass me come coffee.

why does everyone keep thinking today is valentine's day??? it's tomorrow, you goobers! we'll probably have avocado juice in a bit, then I'm hoping to take Said out for mango pancakes. Late start at work today, so I get to spend the morning w/ my honey!!!

I am hibernating till afternoon due to the weather conditions. We might see 10-12 inches of snow today Now, back to my mornin coffee.

Oh yuck Jackie! They are saying "wintry mix" here but it's 34 and just raining. I'd only want to be snowed in if my husband was here!

i thought that too when i was first served it in Maroc, but then the taste grew on me and now i really like it! it consists of fresh avocado, milk, dates, and maybe pecans or almonds if we have them, all blended up nicely in the Vitamixer, oh yea, there's sugar too! it can certainly be an acquired taste, but i love it now!
eta: but hey, i like carrot juice too!

was in a lot of pain last night and i think my sleeping pill is still in effect.

ok..its 830(ish)am and we are getting a lovely ice rain outside met with a "balmy" 25 degrees outside and slowly declining to the teens! No school today so my son is home with us alllll dayyyyy We had plans to take our day off together and take a short trip but it looks like we'll be stuck inside. My car is a solid sheet of ice and they're forecasting up to 6 inches of snow. Not as much as some of you but our only town plow broke down so we have no means of cleaning the streets!! its ok though!! I love snow.. now, if i could only figure out how to get rid of the ice an have ONLY snow, I'd be perfectly content!

I'm here. Still confused over why there are 2 daily threads every day so I kinda stopped posting in them, but oh well. Its been raining here since yesterday afternoon. Its supposed to change over to yuck tonight. Tomorrow is the first V-Day I will have had with Moh in 2 years. No big plans, he'll just bring a special dessert home from work for us to share and we'll watch a movie. Maggie, your's is going to be one heck of a special one! I am just about ready to send those icky AOS papers off. I'll be so relieved to get that done. Well, break is over. Back to work.

i loooooove the moroccan style avocado juice. and carrot juice. but especially carrot, ginger, beet, celery, lettuce, and apple juice (all together) mmmmm!

mmmmmmmmm... i forgot abt my fav mixture (haven't had it in awhile) carrot, apple & ginger!

Poor Charles..not sure how he is going to survive today...someone got a medication he can take??
Noura: Also a good mix is with apples or strawberries added to the mix. I make my own at home but am waiting to have the authentic mix made by the master once again.

doodle: glad you showed up. I'm half asleep myself. Apparently Brndl passed me the weak coffee...I need a starbucks quad about now...almost down to the 13 hour mark...going to be a long day and no time slot in sight for a nap...

HUMMMMM sorry (a man) here at work made the coffee, i would think your probably flying a little high about now even without the coffee. I want everyone to tell me their favorite drink mixtures like you have been, the girls at work are taking notes and we are going to try them.

What kind of drink options your looking for? Alcohol? Coffee? Avocado juice (sorry charles)?

Im thinking when our turn comes i will try to fly there to his touch down, if not to expensive.

When he was going to come on Thurs, I had planned to fly out to meet him, but then we found this great fare on Lufthansa, only avail tuesdays. No way I could take Tues and Weds off...I'm ok...keeping busy at work..well at least TRYING but checking flight status every 20 min and waiting for the phone to ring is driving me nuts..just slightly though thank so to T4E providing the sedative yesterday Plane was 6 min ahead, now landed 6 min late...how do you lose 12 min so close to touchdown?? anyways plane is on the ground..now waiting for the next call....eyeyeye this could be awhile.

BTW Brndl: I saw you have some pranksters in town...some fools opened 12 fire hydrants as a joke?? Wonder who is laughing now?? Make me think of that post in OT...a good friend will come visit you in jail; a great friend will say..wow that was fun!!!

Almost 2 hours..no call.....

Probably just chit chattin' with immigration. does he know to dial the 1 and then the area code and all that? I freaked in London when I couldn't call anyone 'cause I didn't know the international code calling from London to US or to Egypt!!! Took me an hour to figure it out and meanwhile everyone was stressing out wondering if my plane had made it!

Darlin, I KNOW how you're feeling but you just hang loose. All is well. My Moh didn't know how to contact me after POE. He didn't call for 4 hours and then it was on a borrowed cell phone and I got maybe 30 seconds before it failed and then nothing for 3 more hours. But he made it. The POE part of this is by far the scariest in my opinion, but believe me, he'll be calling you as soon as he can. We're here for you while you white knuckle your way through the last wee little bit of discomfort. It'll all be good soon enough.

we're waiting, wonder if he realizes how many are watching and waiting on him
