Congrats! I mailed my 751 last week to CSC. I saw the check cashed, with a "WAC" number written on it. Is this a case tracking # that i can use online? I tried and it was invalid. Do I need to wait for the NOA for the case status, and sign up for email from that point on? Thanks!

Just to clarify, getting a 10 year green card does not entitle you to petition for your parents. You'll need to become a US citizen before you are eligable to apply for parents.
