Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew the USCIS address in U.S.A. I need to write to to notify them that I withdraw my sponsorship , K-1 Visa sponsor, married for six months and I discovered that her only goal was to come here and get a job, i.e. sham marriage. Is there an Immigration Fraud department?

Thank you for any recommendation.

yes.

actually, i just check the person's profile to see what they've written as i am very suspicious of profiles that have just a few posts and i like to check them to get a feel for how genuine they are. this one seemed just a bit off the wall due to the only two threads it made. just my opinion smile.gif

Odd. Why odd?

odd in that he wants to withdraw his sponsorship almost a year after that one post. odd in that this trouble appeared almost a year ago and the op was apparently heading towards divorce then. odd that in this post the op refers to being married for 6 months, just like the post almost a year ago.

I think you're being a bit to literal. Benefit of the doubt, eh?

I don't find it odd that someone would reflect on the events over the course of a year before coming to some more clear decision as to an alien's prime motivation. When one is faced with information that belies the very existence of that which we take as customary to marriage, it takes time to process and time to come to a conclusion. Or rather, let's say it is wise to take time to make certain that we are operating on fact rather than on suspicion. I don't find it odd, having faced such an event, for an individual to refer to the marriage in terms of how long it lasted before certain motivations first came to light. In this case, I believe the OP was merely suggesting that the marriage was only 6 months old before certin signs began to show.

Wow! So sorry to hear that you got used lik that. We all fear that even though we dont talk about it much here. Praying you get this sorted out.
