PJC~ He said last night that it was fine. Very small but fine. He says there are lots of good resturants around but he was to nervous to try anything ethnic last night.

I had my interview at the Embassy this morning, and everything went great! My medical still hasn't cleared yet, but should in the next few days, and they told me to get a new passport as mine has a slight error with the details, so I have an appointment at the Visa office on Fri morning, and will get one made on the day. Although I would have loved to get the all clear today, I am still very happy to know I will have the visa in the next week or two.

For anyone who has a forthcoming interview and is worried by it, dont be. I was there for about 2 1/4 hours but spent about 15 minutes in total for the entire interview, which basically consisted of taking my forms and fingerprints, confimring a few details about my Wife and where we meet, saying "I do" to an oath he read out, and that was it. There's nothing to it!

I was keeping a look out for Chris today, but there were a lot more people there than I expected. Great news for you Guys on the visa approval, Congratulations!!

Hey guys..I got to England Friday morning.....got to have my fish and chips for tea last night. Tonight is our engagement party thrown by Chris' parents. I am really excited and things are really good.

His visa arrived this morning at 8a.m. So that was rather quick. But really I wanted to say thanks again for all your well wishes. Congrats to all of you that had your interviews recently and good luck to you who have them this coming week. It is a fantastic support system we have. I feel very fourtunate!
