I'm filling out both G-325As for myself (USC) and my wife (Canadian) and at the bottom they ask "this form is submitted in connection with an application for:" the choices are "Nationalization" and "Other" and "Status as Permanent Resident" I've looked at the example form they have and looks like my wife would check the Status as Permanent Resident, but which do I check?
